Massachusetts Real Estate Pre-Licensing Course

The state of Massachusetts requires that anyone entering the Real Estate profession complete a 24-hour approved classroom instruction prior to taking the state examination.

Tuition is $275, which includes cost of text and materials.  In addition, you get our written guarantee that any student who fails the state exam, within one year from dated certificate, may attend the next course offering free of charge.  Please bring a highlighter and a calculator to class!

All information on the state exam will be given to you upon completion of the course.  Certificates of completion will be mailed to the address supplied on your registration form.  The certificate will be located in the middle of the green state testing booklet.  Be sure to read the booklet in its entirety and follow the necessary requirements before arriving for your test.

Our next all inclusive weekend session will be held at the Radisson Hotel, Chelmsford, MA.

Refund Policy
  • You may terminate this agreement following the termination policy provided by the academy.  Full refund if notified in writing within 48-hours of start date.  You will received a pro-rated refund based on the following schedule:
    75% - Topic #1
    50% - Topic #2
    30% - Topic #3
    0% -   Topic #4
  • You must inform the school in writing of your termination which will become effective the day such writing is mailed.  In addition, the certified attendance sheet must be returned to the Academy
  • The charge for the study book ($90) is non-refundable
  • JMB Real Estate Academy, Inc. reserves the right to terminate this agreement if the student does not abide by school procedures
  • This agreement is valid for six months from enrollment date
  • If you fail the State Exam within the one year from the completion date on your certificate, you may complete the class upon availability at no additional charge.
  • No video cameras, camera phones or any other recording devices are allowed.  Failure to comply with this policy will bring immediate dismissal from this program.  No tuition refund.
